With a career spanning over a decade in fashion, media, and marketing, Senami has not only shaped brands but has also championed diversity and culture at every step. Her strength lies in strategy, infused with a deep passion and innovation that sets her work apart. Senami's journey in talent management took a defining turn with her collaboration with Sonia Barbie Tucker. This partnership transcended the traditional bounds of business, evolving into a sisterhood and a holistic coaching approach. It was through this experience that the concept of DADA Management was conceived – an agency built on the principles of family, support, and empowerment.
Our Founding Philosophy
Senami's life took a transformative path at just four years old when she left her home country (Benin) with her older sister - her DADA. This figure – part mentor, part guardian – would shape Senami's understanding of what it means to lead with compassion and integrity. Throughout her life, Senami has been fortunate to encounter many such DADAs – women who have lifted her up, mentored her, and inspired her. DADA Management is Senami's homage to these figures and her way of paying it forward.
